Great find!

I had read about this but did not have the web site. Kudos to Allan and the team who put this together, it will be a great tool for advanced medical research.

Now if they would only do this for the frog brain to see how genetics affects behavior via modulating the various neural parameters in the neural circuits.

One ought download the BrainExplorer which illustrates the vast feedback network of the brain. Seemingly isolated areas are linked with other seemingl isolated areas, thus showing how much more complex the brain functioning is. This notion of massive reentry was proffered extensively in Edelmann's books. The mouse's genes are found all over the brain in varying degrees, interlocking considered before disparate areas. The human brain surely must follow this model only offering additional complexity. The non-linearity of the brain is becoming more and more evident, making non-linear analysis of even greater import.
