PostPost subject: Another model, based on Heidegger Reply with quote

Hey anyone who comes here!

I just came here after seeing this TED lecture Jeff Hawkins gave a few years ago. I was quite taken aback, because basically he was talking about everything I have in the model I have been working on.

I have not read Jeff's book I'm afraid, and I know it has been many years since that lecture, but my own model goes into quite a bit more detail, and grounds everything (like anticipation of the future) in both evolutionary biology and the ontological philosophy of Heidegger. It's not quite done yet, but enough is there (including a plan for basic algorithmic function) to get an impression of how viable it is.

I'm always looking for feedback and criticism, please take a look and lend me your thoughts!
